Doing Conferences Differently
We are exploring:
Wireless audio headsets for a more personalised listening experience.
Live captions to improve accessibility and understanding.
Flexible seating options, including chairs and perching stools.
Freedom to move, there is no pressure to stay still!
Access to fidget tools to support attention regulation and focus.
Accessible presentations, with guidance for speakers on readable slides and describing visual content.

With 18 years of experience working with Biophilia, Graham helps national businesses harness the power of nature to elevate workplace wellbeing and the human experience.
He collaborates closely with clients, architects, and designers to deliver tailored green infrastructure strategies, seamlessly integrating planting in, on, and around buildings.
Neuroinclusive design in particular is not only about reducing barriers; it's about creating environments where people feel comfortable, regulated and able to thrive. Biophilic design can play an important role in achieving this, supporting wellbeing, reducing stress and fostering a greater sense of connection to place.
We're also proud to have Urban Planters supporting Neuroplaces as an official Gold Sponsor... But more on this exciting partnership very soon!
Exhibitor Spotlight with Acou.space
At acou.space, we design how spaces sound. Creating bespoke acoustic solutions for panels, screens, baffles, rafts, and so much more, all crafted to be as beautiful as they are functional, restoring peace to the spaces where people work, gather, and do life.
Every project begins with listening: to materials, to architecture, to people. We believe design and acoustics belong in perfect harmony, each giving the other its shape. Sound is a felt experience, one that quietly shapes how a space is lived in rather than an afterthought.
As humans, we respond to our surroundings. Our purpose at acou.space is to create commercially viable interiors to calm the noise and bring out the best in everyone within them. From heritage settings to modern commercial environments, we shape spaces where design gives quiet its form.
acou.space. Restoring the peace.

Hear from the team at acou.space:
"acou.space is thrilled to support Neuroplaces, recognising 'sound' as a vital element in designing spaces where people can work, live, concentrate, and rest. We welcome Neuroplaces' bold initiative to offer practical solutions aimed at fostering environments which encourage both focus and calm for everyone.”
acou.space are partnering with Applelec Interiors for the show to create their first acoustic, sound-absorbing light wall/panel with programmable circadian rhythms.
Charlotte Trudgen, Design Director, is also serving as an ambassador for Neuroplaces this year.
Take the opportunity to discuss your needs in person with the wonderful acou.space team.

Ambassador Spotlight with Rebecca Jilks
Part 2 Architect – Baily Garner
Rebecca is a neurodivergent Architectural Designer working on socially driven projects, including sheltered accommodation, social housing, and SEND provision. Advocating for design that centres lived experience and nurtures sensory, cognitive and social needs and autonomy.
She is an active member of the Neurodiversity Architecture Network, contributing to forward thinking cross-disciplinary conversations and workshops on the importance and huge potential of neuroinclusive design.

Hear from Rebecca:
"I believe Neuroplaces plays a vital role in moving neuroinclusion beyond conversation and into real, tangible change. There is growing momentum, research, and expertise in neuroinclusive design, and Neuroplaces brings this energy together in one place, connecting designers, manufacturers, suppliers, and clients to showcase future possibilities in practice & business. Working within a multidisciplinary practice, I see the value of cross-disciplinary collaboration in creating practical change. Neuroplaces reflects this by fostering those connections while placing lived experience at the heart of the conversation."
Fun fact: Rebecca was a finalist for the 2024 RIBA Wren Scholarship for my work on Neuroinclusive architectural design.
