Jean Hewitt
Jean is an accessibility and inclusive design specialist with over 25 years experience, and was Technical Author for PAS 6463 “Design for the Mind – Neurodiversity and the Built Environment” 2022 and has contributed to other recent publications, public events and discussion panels on this subject.
Jean is the UK Government’s Disability Access Ambassador for the Built Environment, a voluntary role appointed by the Cabinet office.

Inclusive Design Lead, JLL
Ana Gorriti
Ana leads the development and delivery of inclusive built environment solutions across global markets, she has built JLL’s Inclusive Design capability from the ground up.
Ana’s architectural foundation combined with strategic consulting expertise enables her to bridge technical precision with big-picture thinking. Ana specialises in creating holistic approaches that foster inclusion in physical environments, developing global design guidelines, and implementing strategies that support neurodiversity and diverse communities across sectors and asset types.
Beyond consulting, Ana actively shapes industry knowledge as a speaker at industry events, while creating workshops and user engagement methodologies that continuously evolve JLL’s inclusive design expertise.

Senior Colour Designer & Inclusive Design Consultant, Dulux Trade
Dawn Scott
Dawn is a Senior Colour Designer at Dulux Trade with nearly 25 years’ experience across public, workplace and commercial environments.
Dawn specialises in colour for wellbeing and neuroinclusive design, helping translate research, regulation and lived experience into practical, sensory-aware spaces that support clarity, comfort and inclusion.

Customer Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, TfL
Amy Edgar
With over a decade of experience in public sector communications, stakeholder engagement, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), Amy is a passionate advocate for inclusive transport and accessible infrastructure. Her current role helps advise TfL on strategic initiatives that embed the voices of disabled Londoners into the heart of policy and project development.
Amy manages TfL’s Independent Disability Advisory Group (IDAG), ensuring expert input is integrated early in project lifecycles to maximise impact.

Inclusive Neuro Design & Climate Specialist & Consultant
Jessie Buckle
Jessie has a professional background in architectural design (RIBA), specialising in inclusive design, Neuro Design, and climate change/sustainability. Completing an Architectural Design PhD at the Bartlett UCL, exploring the intersection between neurodiversity (focusing on epilepsy), climate and the built environment.
Jessie is a consultant, researcher, writer and advocate active within the above industries. As well as a British Standards Committee Member on the drafting panel for the next BS8300, East Western Rail Accessibility Panel Member, the Accessibility Panel Chair at London City Airport, and the Seminar Lead at The Access Association.
