A New Look for NeuroPlaces

 We are Rebranding

Over the past few months, we’ve been reflecting on how NeuroPlaces presents itself visually and how our brand experience aligns with our values around neuroinclusion and accessibility.

As we continue to learn from our community, we realised that some elements of our previous branding (particularly the heavy use of bright orange) may not have felt as calm or neuroinclusive as intended.

So, we’re excited to share that NeuroPlaces is evolving with a refreshed visual identity, including a new logo and updated colour palette designed to feel more accessible and inclusive.

While our look is changing, our mission remains exactly the same: helping create environments and experiences where neurodivergent and disabled people feel understood and supported.

You’ll begin to see our new branding rolled out across our website, social channels, and materials over the coming weeks.

Thank you for continuing to shape NeuroPlaces with us.

Talking beyond the buzzwords - what actually builds neuro-inclusion?

Nathan had the pleasure of moderating a panel at Clerkenwell Design Week, hosted by the wonderful Clarebrook. Each panellist brought something unique to the table, bringing both human-centric accounts and practical advice to an intimate session.

Highlights for us at NeuroPlaces were hearing about inclusive interior design based on sensory intelligence from Ariane (Sonda Studio), how a tech giant is making moves to ensure all neurodivergent employees are better accommodated from Toby (Salesforce), and practical lived-experience advice for true neuroinclusion within the workplace from the passionate Ettie (Fighting Talk).

Hear from Nathan about his time on the panel:

"One thing became very clear, the industry now needs to move beyond simply talking about neuroinclusion and start genuinely embedding it into the environments we design and deliver... Huge thank you to our brilliant panellists Ariane Sanders, Ettie Bailey-King, and Toby Harris for sharing such honest, human and real-world perspectives throughout the session."

"We are proud to be involved in NeuroPlaces, an event that brings much-needed attention to how physical environments affect people with different access needs, including neurodivergent users. For Access4you, this is a meaningful opportunity to contribute practical, verified accessibility knowledge and support a broader conversation about inclusive spaces that are not only compliant, but genuinely usable, understandable and welcoming for more people.”
