NeuroPlaces is the Commercial Marketplace for Neuroinclusive Design Solutions

The UK's first cross-sector marketplace connects buyers/attendees (organisations designing and managing buildings, public spaces and/or workplaces) with suppliers/exhibitors (companies supplying the products and solutions needed to deliver neuroinclusive environments).

Curated for core buyer groups and decision-makers across:

  • Workplace & Corporate Real Estate

  • Public Sector & Government

  • Designers & Specifiers

  • Venue & Estate Operators

Curated for core exhibitor groups across:

  • Acoustic & Sensory Control

  • Furniture & Spatial Products

  • Materials/Surfaces & Finishes

  • Wayfinding/Signage & Navigation

  • Workplace & Digital

  • Design/Architecture & Consulting

Cross-Sector Supply Chain Integration

Neuroinclusive environments are rarely delivered by a single provider. They require coordinated expertise across architecture, spatial design, acoustics, lighting, sensory solutions, wayfinding, digital UX, training, culture and policy.

For buyers, this often means navigating a fragmented supply chain, increasing risk and retrofit costs. NeuroPlaces streamlines the process by bringing the full neuroinclusive ecosystem together, connecting suppliers with buyers across public-facing environments and workplaces.

Our Exhibitor Network is Growing!

As our exhibitor supply chain grows, so does the opportunity to connect directly with buyers actively seeking neuroinclusive solutions. Our audience is focused on practical implementation — not just conversations.

Secure your space now to position your organisation at the centre of the neuroinclusive design movement and access multiple qualified buyers all in one place.

Exhibitor Spotlight with Studio Noel

Studio Noel is a strategy and creative branding agency where accessibility is a foundational principle, working with charities, non-profits, and purpose-led organisations to build brands and communications that are clearer, more inclusive, and more effective. While accessibility is often treated as a website issue, Studio Noel's work begins earlier at the brand and strategy level, shaping identities, messaging, campaigns, and systems that people interact with every day.

Working closely with brand, marketing, and communications teams, Studio Noel brings together strategy, design, and training to make accessibility part of how decisions are made. The result is brands that are easier to understand, trusted by wider audiences, and better equipped to create real, positive change.

Hear from the team at Studio Noel:

“What excites us about NeuroPlaces is the opportunity to be part of a much-needed, cross-sector conversation about neuroinclusive design in the spaces and systems people use every day. As the first event of its kind, it reflects a shift we’re already seeing in our work, from awareness to more practical, shared learning, and we’re really looking forward to contributing to that dialogue alongside the wider community.”

If you are rethinking your brand identity, launching a new inclusive initiative, or simply want your values to be reflected more clearly in your communications, you'll be able to preschedule one-to-one meetings with the Studio Noel team at NeuroPlaces 2026. Take the opportunity to discuss your branding needs in person and visit them at their stand!

Dan Smith

Dan is a dedicated neurodiversity advocate, trade union health & safety rep coordinator and a supervisor at Babcock International. He also leads Babcock's Neurodiverse Inclusion Programme.

Recently his main focus has been on implementing practical, reasonable adjustments for neurodiverse employees with initiatives including transforming interview processes, providing preparatory materials, and reducing anxiety through accommodations like prompt cards.

Fun fact: "I have the reading age and spelling age of a 5-year-old."

Dan says: "I have firsthand experience of dyslexia, ADHD, and Tourette’s syndrome. I champion support for neurodiverse individuals, especially within the workforce. I focus on implementing reasonable adjustments for neurodiverse employees at Babcock; transforming interview processes, providing preparatory materials, etc."

Dan co-founded a neurodiverse network that won 'Most Inclusive Project' at the 2022 National Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards and 'Neurodiversity Employer' at the 2023 National Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards.

He is also a finalist for 'Inspiration of the Year' at the 2026 Neurodiverse Business Awards. Kudos to Dan – a true neuroinclusive hero! We are so happy to have Dan supporting our mission and championing NeuroPlaces!

Founder - Nathan Reuby, Talks at Confex

This month Nathan had the pleasure of speaking at International Confex on 'Designing Neuroinclusive Events – Where to Start', with the wonderful Stephanie Hall, Kate Middleton, and Orla Pearson.

Alt text: panelists on stage at Confex as part of the discussion about designing neuroinclusive events, busy audience with all seats filled. All panelists and viewers are wearing audio head sets.

Nathan reflected after the panel:

"To see a packed to the rafters theatre and such an engaged audience was genuinely encouraging. The appetite to better understand how we design events, workplaces and public spaces to support neurodivergent people is clearly growing. This isn’t a niche conversation anymore, it’s becoming a mainstream design and commercial priority. Encouraging to see the industry leaning in!"

Did you watch this panel discussion? We'd love to hear your feedback.

Hear from a Confirmed Attendee

"We’re looking forward to attending NeuroPlaces because inclusive environments don’t happen by accident — they are designed with intention. Events like this create the space for meaningful conversations about how we build places that truly work for neurodivergent people, including those with dyslexia."

Living Neurodivergently

Behind NeuroPlaces is a family navigating everyday life.

Orla is autistic, suspected ADHD, and is at the heart of everything we do. This month she rides her bike; she is calm, focused, and moving forward.

The seafront is a safe space for Orla with its long straight pathway, clear sightlines, natural sounds, and few unexpected obstacles. Just some of the conditions that make spaces welcoming for our daughter.

Good News for Neuroinclusion
