He was a key contributor to the recently updated Government Workplace Design Guide, helping embed neuroinclusive and accessible design principles into the standards that shape civil service workplaces nationwide.
With a background in estate planning and a Master’s in Architecture, Andrew has spent his career translating inclusive design ambition into delivered reality — navigating the complex budget, property holding, and approval landscapes that come with operating across a large public sector estate.
He brings a practitioner’s view of what it actually takes to move neuroinclusion from guidance to built environment, including where ambition meets constraint and what survives the journey from brief to occupied space.
