Ariane Sanders
Interior Designer & Founder, Sonda Studio
"I specialise in sensory-aware workplace
design. My brain works in an atypical, highly intuitive way, and I experience the world intensely through my senses.
That perspective shapes how I design and gives me a deep awareness of how environments influence clarity, comfort and emotional balance.
I’m most inspired when I’m out in nature it’s where I feel energised, grounded and connected. My aim is to design workplaces that reduce overwhelm, support clearer thinking and help people feel grounded and connected."

Beth Thomas
Professional speaker, workplace consultant and ICF certified ADHD Life coach, Unbound Mind Coaching
"With a heart full of purpose and a mind sharpened by professional expertise, my specialities sit at the intersection of leadership, HR and recruitment.
I work with tech, legal and financial firms to prevent regrettable loss and protect high‑value talent. I am interested in cultivating psychological safety in the workplace, challenging perceptions and contributing to a future where neuroinclusion is the norm.
As a proud neurodivergent professional, I have a formal diagnosis of ADHD and awaiting assessments for autism."

Dan Smith
Neurodiversity Advocate, Trade Union Health & Safety Rep Coordinator & Supervisor,
"I have firsthand experience of dyslexia, ADHD, and Tourette’s syndrome. I champion support for neurodiverse individuals, especially within the workforce.
I focus on implementing reasonable adjustments for neurodiverse employees at Babcock; transforming interview processes, providing preparatory materials, etc.
I also co-founded a neurodiverse network that has won "Most Inclusive Project" at the 2022 National Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards and “Neurodiversity Employer” at the 2023 National Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards."

Ettie Bailey-King
Inclusive and Accessible Communication Consultant, Fighting Talk
"Hello! I'm an inclusive and accessible communication educator.
I'm obsessed with making workplaces work better for everyone. My busy brain (ADHD and OCD) always struggled in school and conventional workplaces. Now, I'm devoted to making digital communication, meetings and events work better for every brain.
I've worked with clients including Decathlon, Eurostar, Greenpeace, Oxfam, Savills and Vodafone. I believe deeply that everyone has a role to play in neuro-inclusion and accessibility. We can all take action, starting right now!"

Georgina Wilson-Cousins (BEng)
Inclusive Accessible Design and Consultancy,
UCL Bartlett IEDE - Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings MSc
"I have uniquely combined my Civil Engineering technical expertise with human-centric inclusive accessibility for built environments. I am passionate about delivering real-world inclusive accessibility improvements across complex institutions. Subsequently, through inter-disciplinary collaboration I have led, advocated, trained and taught others regarding developing accessibility strategies.
So far most of my experiences have been building focused across private and public sectors facilitating safer enjoyable usage of end-users of all protected characteristics and beyond. I have been invited to Chair confidential and public discussions regarding inclusive accessibility.
My interests for neurodivergence stemmed from academic research, until I realised that I identified with many on the spectrum."

I am neurodivergent and passionate about creating inclusive, thoughtful work that actually makes sense to real people.
Outside of work, I love being in nature, spending time with family, and indulging in fashion and interiors. I believe that creativity thrives when we’re supported, understood, and free to be ourselves."

Richie Maybank
Founder, Seats at the Table
"I am the founder of Seats at the Table, a consultancy and training company dedicated to making customer and employee experiences more neuro inclusive.
I have spent over a decade working alongside families, employees, and businesses, and have seen first hand the inequalities in how people access life enriching experiences.
This insight, shaped by lived experience as well as professional practice, informs my work with organisations across hospitality, retail, transport, and live entertainment, helping them make thoughtful, practical changes that enable more people to take part, feel welcome, and belong."
