Alex Lawlor
Alex Lawlor is a Regional Director at AtkinsRéalis, leading the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) sector within the LS&E division. With over 13 years' experience delivering complex workplace, transformation and capital programmes for major occupiers, she specialises in creating environments that enable both organisational performance and human experience.
As Project Director for GSK's new Global Headquarters and lead for a number of strategic workplace programmes across its estate, Alex has worked at the intersection of workplace strategy, design, culture and change.
Her experience spans the full project lifecycle, from business case development and stakeholder engagement through to delivery and post-occupancy outcomes.
A Chartered Project Professional and active member of the CoreNet UK Workplace Committee and BCO NextGen, Alex is passionate about designing workplaces that are inclusive, adaptable and people-centred. She is a strong advocate for early collaboration, diverse perspectives and creating environments where individuals and organisations can thrive.
